Payment
Process:-
1-First Installment: - After finalize client software pay 50 advance after 35% for deliver time then project final
deliver 15%
website client pay 50% of website amount.
2-Final
installment: - After completion
of website client pay remaining
amount of website within 3 days after submission.
Working
Process:-
Ø If client given confirmation we start work on site
within 1 day we show
Ø the front page of website.
Ø After client satisfies of website design we start
work on website.
Ø We finished the work under given time period.
Ø Last day for
website testing.
Terms
& Conditions Website : -
1. Client can changed (modified) in website within 15
days after completion of
website. After this time period it’s chargeable.
2. Client can modify in website only given contents.
Extra content & functionality its
chargeable.
3. Client sent content only by mail & our crm.
4. Client Can send his full requirement in two parts.
5. Client can change/modified design in two times.
After finalization design cannot
change otherwise its take extra time
6. If client does not pay full amount of website
within 3 days after submission of
website, company has right to close the site from the domain.
7. Client does not sell the code in the market.
Otherwise company has right to take
legal action against client.
Payment
Terms & Conditions
i. Payment by Cheque / Demand Draft shall be made
in favour of Life Infotech. payable at Lucknow.
ii. Electronic transfer / Cash should be
deposited in the account of Life Infotech, A/C No-586601010050075, Bank Name: Union Bank
Of India, A/C Type: Current, Branch: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, U.P. Pin: 226010
iii. Above mentioned amount is actual cost of the
project. GST ,18% will be charged additionally on total cost or as per Govt.
norms.
iv. Software/Application Code and database
diagram will not be given at any cost.
v. We’ll not provide any license for any third
party softwares like Antivirus Softwares, Operating System and Database
Softwares.
vi. This quote is valid for 30 days from the date
of submission.
vii. All disputes are subject to Lucknow jurisdiction only.
